This aneroid sphygmomanometer gauge by Lane Instrument can easily be re-calibrated back to zero (if necessary) with a provided screwdriver. If you've ever had the misfortune of your gauge not properly returning back to true zero, then this gauge solves that problem entirely. All you need to do is use the provided mini screwdriver to reach into the stem of the gauge and twist either left or right until the needle reads true zero once again. This eliminates the need to open the inside of the mechanism and trying to set it to zero before twisting it out of place again while closing the housing of the entire stem. It's a really convenient feature of our aneroid gauge; the only one on the market with this capability!
